Terms of Service

We provide quotes based on the work described to us. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If, during a job, additional work is required that was not foreseeable from the original request, we will explain the additional work and seek your approval before proceeding.

After-hours and emergency call-outs may attract an after-hours fee, which we will advise before attending. If we attend a call-out and are unable to gain access or complete the work for reasons outside our control, a call-out fee may still apply.

For the security of property owners, we may require evidence that you are authorised to request work on a property or vehicle before proceeding. This is standard locksmith practice and protects against unauthorised entry.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless arranged otherwise in advance. We accept common payment methods, which we will confirm at the time of booking.

Restricted and registered key systems are supplied subject to the terms of the system provider. Keys can only be cut on presentation of the appropriate authorisation. We maintain records of restricted key registrations as required.

These terms are read subject to the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the ACL that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
